Neuro is an intelligent order management system (OMS) built for high-volume eCommerce merchants. By connecting Neuro to Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF), you can route orders placed on any sales channel through Amazon’s fulfilment network: automatically, accurately, and at scale.
Neuro acts as the central hub for your order operations. Once connected to MCF, orders from any channel (your website, marketplace, or retail system) are intelligently routed to Amazon’s fulfilment centres based on the rules you define. No manual intervention, no switching between platforms.

When an order arrives in Neuro from any connected sales channel, the system applies your pre-configured routing logic to determine the fulfilment method. Orders designated for MCF are automatically submitted to Amazon’s network with the correct shipping speed and recipient details. Tracking information is returned and pushed back to the originating channel automatically.
Neuro handles the translation between your order data and the MCF API, meaning you don’t need technical resource to manage the connection once it’s live.

Follow the steps below to install and configure the Amazon MCF plugin in your Neuro account:
- Log in to your Neuro account at account.heyneuro.io and navigate to the Stores section in the left-hand menu
- To modify an existing store, click the edit (pencil) icon. To create a new store, click + ADD, assign a name, then click the pencil icon to continue
- Click the Plugins section, then click + ADD. In the modal window, search for or select Amazon MCF and click Install. Enter a plugin name (e.g. “Amazon MCF UK”), select your Amazon Marketplace region, and configure your preferred options (e.g. Download Products, Auto Sync Stock)
- Click Connect to link your Amazon account: you will be redirected to Amazon to complete authorisation. Resellers can use the Copy Connect Link option instead
- Once back in Neuro, toggle Is Active to enable the plugin and click Save. If this is your primary fulfilment method, also toggle Is Default. Allow 3–5 minutes for the initial data synchronisation with Amazon to complete
