Get started with Fulfil and MCF

• If you’re new to Amazon, you can sign up for an account.
• If you’re not already using Fulfil, you can schedule a demo of Fulfil.

With Fulfil, you can complete the following tasks:

• Create a Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) warehouse location in Fulfil.
• Connect your Seller Central account to Fulfil.
• Add a 3PL Shipping carrier for Amazon MCF.

If the SKUs in Fulfil don’t match the SKUs on Amazon, you need to create 3PL SKUs in Fulfil for each product shipped from Amazon. This step is mandatory because Fulfil uses the SKUs to tell Amazon the correct items that need to be fulfiled. If there is no matching SKU, you see an error message from Amazon.

To set up 3PL SKUs:

1. In the Products list view, click Import.
2. Select Update products by importing data, and then click Next.
3. Ensure that your CSV file includes the following columns:
   
   1. code: the product SKU in Fulfil
   2. 3pl_sku: the product SKU on Amazon
   3. warehouse: the name of the FBA warehouse
4. Upload your file, and then click Map columns.
5. Ensure that the column headers are mapped to the right field, and then click Import file.
6. Repeat these steps for each applicable FBA warehouse.

You can set up automation rules to route the orders to Amazon and select the shipping method based on your requirements. If only certain customer shipments need to be sent to Amazon, you can use this sample automation rule to select both the warehouse and the carrier.

1. Go to Settings, Automation Rules, and then click Setup Automation Rule.
2. Enter a name for the automation rule.
3. Under Rule, select the following options:
   
   1. Triggers On: Customer shipments / Waiting
   2. On: Matching Records
4. Under Meet all of the following conditions or Meet any of the following conditions, click the + button to make the automation rule specific to certain shipments.
5. Under Actions, click the + button, and then select the following actions:
   
   1. Set Warehouse and the FBA warehouse
   2. Change Carrier on Shipment and select the FBA carrier and the carrier service

If you want to use all three Amazon delivery speeds (Standard, Expedited, and Priority), you must create separate automation rules for each one.

To go live with MCF, you need to set the 3PL schedules on the FBA warehouse settings to automatically send customer shipments to FBA, and then receive fulfilment updates from FBA back to Fulfil.

1. Go to Inventory & Stock, Locations, and then open your FBA warehouse.
2. On 3PL Schedules, click the + button.
3. Select the following 3PL actions or each:
   
   1. Send customer shipments: Allows Fulfil to send assigned customer shipments to FBA to be shipped
   2. Get customer shipment advices: Allows Fulfil to fetch the fulfillment update from FBA to mark the customer shipment as fulfilled
4. Click Save. After activation, Fulfil starts sending customer shipments to FBA.
